Service description
BellsCRM is business software for disability and NDIS service providers. It is for authorised organisation staff only — not for public consumer use.
Not medical advice
BellsCRM is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical advice. Care decisions remain the responsibility of qualified professionals and your organisation.
Acceptable use
- Use the platform only for lawful care and business operations.
- Protect login credentials and organisation join codes.
- Do not upload unlawful, misleading, or unrelated content.
- Respect participant privacy and your organisation's policies.
Accounts
Organisation administrators control access. Self-registration via join codes creates a pending account subject to employer approval. You may request account deletion via our account deletion page.
Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practicable.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BellsCRM is provided as-is. Your organisation remains responsible for compliance with NDIS, privacy, and workplace obligations.
