What providers ask before starting a trial.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Switch Basic and Pro anytime from Settings → Billing. The new rate applies on the next 1st-of-month invoice. Elite is arranged with our sales team.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Basic and Pro include at least a 30-day free trial — no credit card. If those 30 days finish before the 20th, leftover days that month are invoiced. If they finish on or after the 20th, leftover days stay free and the first invoice is the 1st of the next month. You can also start paying during trial from Billing.
How does monthly billing work?
We bill monthly in advance by bank transfer. On the 1st we invoice the coming month using that day’s staff count. Each invoice lists named staff and the days or month charged. Custom rates can be arranged with us.
